Dianne recently received a silver award at the Canadian Farm Writers Federation annual conference in Edmonton. The Tom Leach Award was sponsored by Bayer CropScience. Dianne's entry was a story on the 100th anniversary of the Lacombe Bull Sale. She's receving the award here from past president of the Alberta Farm Writers, Jack Howell.
